牡丹中芍药苷降血脂活性的研究

本实验的目的是通过紫外分光光度法研究牡丹中芍药苷降血脂的作用,了解牡丹在降血脂方面的价值及意义。本实验选取了牡丹中芍药苷研究了其抑制胰脂肪酶活性的作用,采用紫外分光光度法,在405nm处测定吸光度,以奥利司他作为标准溶液。通过数据分析芍药苷对胰脂肪酶的抑制作用,得出芍药苷降低血脂的活性。通过对芍药苷在不同条件下的实验表明,其对胰脂肪酶的活性有抑制作用,说明其对降低血脂是有效果的。【Abastract】The purpose of this study was to investigate the hypolipidemic effect of Paeoniflorin in Paeonia Suffruticosa by Spectrophotometer and to understand the value and significance of Paeonia suffruticosa in hypolipidemic aspect.The inhibitory effect of Paeoniflorin on pancreatic lipase activity in Paeonia SUFFRUTICOSA was studied.The absorbance of Paeoniflorin in Paeonia SUFFRUTICOSA was determined at 405 nm by ultraviolet Spectrophotometer.Orlistat was used as the standard solution.Through data analysis of Paeoniflorin on pancreatic lipase inhibition,Paeoniflorin to reduce the activity of blood lipids.The experiments on Paeoniflorin under different conditions showed that it could inhibit the activity of pancreatic lipase,which indicated that it was effective in lowering blood lipid.
