跨入21世纪，我国护理事业的发展已进入科学、法制的运行轨道，随着“以人为本，以病人为中心”的整体护理的变革，护士在护理操作中不仅要为患者提供高质量的技术服务，遵循护理常规，还要做好职业防护。本书编写的初衷是在更新护理操作技术的同时，融入护士职业防护意识，力求做到护理操作严谨化、安全化。全书分为3篇，即护士仪容、礼仪篇，基础护理篇，专科护理篇。由于本院未设儿科，缺少相关专科护理人员，无法将此方面的操作技术规范编入书中，敬请读者予以谅解。承担本书编写的作者主要是工作在我院护理临床第一线的管理者和教育者，她们将临床护理操作技术的变革、最新科研成果，以及工作经验都融入了本书中。希望本书的出版对广大护理工作者及教学人员的护理实践与教学能有一定裨益，也敬请读者对书中的不当之处惠予指正。
